Mundy bent over backwards to accommodate me. The crew estimated three days to complete the job and had it done in two and the finished product looks GREAT!!! The crew put in a long first day, showed up early and kicked butt.Mr. Had some miscommunication with the scheduled starting date but the field supervisor, Alex Mundy, went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer and I am not an easy person to please. I got 6 different estimates from other contractors.Steve Jenkins, their estimator, came in with a price that was comparable with the other estimates. Triple Quality just finished painting the interior of my home. We will definitely use Triple Quality Painting again for our future exterior or interior painting projects. Alex and his crew, their quotes are 1/3 the price quoted by other companies and TQP's crew is friendly and professional. The house looks beautiful and neighbors came by to copy down 4 Stars number from the small sign in our yard. His crew couldn't be more professional and considerate, not only in the painting work itself, but also in patching, taking care of existing furniture, clean-up etc. The trim was carefully painted and the front door sill got a fresh coat of varnish. The house got a full coat of primer and then two coats of finish. Amazingly, each day they left the worksite spotless, their equipment neatly stacked in the backyard.
They filled in with elastomeric caulking on the siding, screwed down loose boards, more caulking around all the windows and doors, sanding, more patching.By the time they were done, it was as if we had hired a construction crew as well. On the peeling west facing wall they scraped almost the whole side down to the bare wood siding. Triple Quality's crew spent a great deal of time doing what really counted.
Alex, came and gave us the bid we could already tell that this was someone who knew what he was doing and cared about quality. From the begging, when the business owner, Mr. Triple Quality Painting was highly recommended by a friend and the price was right. Mr Alex and his team just finished painting the exterior of our home and they were FANTASTIC.
